Their in-house Leadership Academy has offered our Business of Life Course to rave reviews year after year. In this highly experiential program, participants apply the principles of strategic planning to achieve their personal and professional goals while deriving greater fulfillment from their lives.

The course introduces the key elements of strategy and the planning process. Students learn how to apply these methods to any project they want to complete in their work and personal lives. In-class exercises give participants ample opportunity to practice these skills. They walk out of the course with a practical plan to make immediate progress on their priorities while experiencing joy along the way. They are also assigned a partner so they can keep in touch to hold one another accountable and make progress on their strategies long after the class ends.
